In Be Proactive weekly series, Today I am going to converse about Thoughts and its implementation on our daily life.
Secret movie mentions about two things, Thoughts and feelings. If one can effectively master our thoughts and feelings, every one of us becomes Hero of our life.
All our ancestors, great saint said the one message very clearly எண்ணம் போல் வாழ்வு. Thoughts become things.
In cognitive behaviour therapy they say thoughts become behaviour that becomes action. Two books that elaborate in detail are Ennangal by Dr. MS Udayamoorthy and As a Man thinketh, James allen.
Let me come directly to the implementation part. Today we will address on எண்ணம் ஆராய்தல். What are the thoughts that we have to cultivate?
In our daily practical life, cultivate the thoughts that give you good feelings. Unlearn those thoughts that gives you bad feelings. It is as simple as that.
Mind is just a muscle. Body builders focus on particular part of the body to train that muscle. We can also focus on good feelings thought.
1st approach: - 95% of today’s thoughts influence your thought process for tomorrow. As the quote says, today is the first day for rest of your life. Let us see the right thoughts. Inside our mind we have few volt of electricity passes in our neural system. Now we are knowingly or unknowingly constructing neural pathway or neuro plasticity with good thoughts.
2nd approach:- Similar to electricity, we need a slim pair wire for 9v electricity to pass through. We need a twisted bundle of wire to pass 400v. At the sametime unlearn those bad feelings which are bundled with thick wires as 400v, we have to clean up in a slow manner.

Exercise: identify top 3 of your predominant thoughts and do a six level deep analysis by questioning.
